Made to order
Every piece is made to order — there is no warehouse of finished clocks waiting for a name. Because each commission is unique, we do not quote a fixed production window up front. Instead, when you approve a design, we confirm a production and delivery schedule with you before anything is committed. Timing is always confirmed before purchase, never implied.
Shipping within the United States
We currently ship within the United States, and prices are quoted in USD. US domestic delivery is carefully packed and fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Delivery windows are stated with your confirmed schedule and tracked from the moment your piece leaves the studio.
International shipping
International shipping is not yet available. We would rather be honest about this than promise a service we cannot yet stand behind. When it opens — in the order we are able to support it well — those on the waitlist are told first. Join the waitlist to be notified .
Customs & duties
